1993 Smoke sauna

Built in 1993 in traditional style from the logs of the former 18^th century farmhouse.

1994 Hevonkuusi cabin

By the Taivalkoski river there is a two bedroom cabin equipped with all amenities.  The cabin is well suited also for longer holiday stays.  In addition, there is also a barbeque hut and outdoor sauna there.  

1996-1997 Arolan farmhouse

Complete renovation of Arola historic farmhouse.  Before the renovation, the building was uninhabited for over 20 years.

2002 Bear watching hut no. 2 and 2005 hut no. 1. 2014 a hut no:4

Hut no.2 is on ground level and is also suitable for wheelchairs, room for 5 people and 4 openings for photographing and one panorama window for watching.Hut no.1,3,and 4, 6 openings for photographing and one panorama window.The huts have also beds for 2 persons

A complete renovation of the mill and its environment 

2009 Tulihtaniemi

A cabin and separate sauna is located by the river Karttimojoki between the rapids Nivonkoski and Talvalkoski, and next to the nature conservation area Martinselkonen.  Ideal for wilderness enthusiasts.

2006-2007 Arovilla

The new accommodation space made out of logs doubled the offered accommodation spaces.  It has two apartments, sauna, ski room, and drying facilities for clothes.
